Design
Experience
The founder of Foresight has been designing stamping dies, inspection fixtures, assembly equipment, press modifications, and machinery since 2006. Whether you need a complete tool design, modifications to a part or process, or revisions to improve current challenges, our guidance can provide meaningful results.
2D
Legacy designs or older equipment? Not a problem. Foresight uses DraftSight to manipulate geometry native to a 2D format. We can convert your designs to 3D or return them to you in 2D format to work with your native software preference.
3D
Whether you need 3D design, or assistance with SOLIDWORKS settings, techniques, libraries and features, Foresight has expert advice to share with you.
Die Protection & Automation Equipment
If you need advice on sensor selection, application, function or design, we have extensive knowledge to share with you. We are experienced with simple proximity sensors, through complicated photoelectric sensors and vision systems. We can help your team see the difference!
SYSTEMS, SOFTWARE, & APPLICATIONS
We are not just design. Our comprehensive understanding of all resources available to the metal forming industry, complements our design service. We can assist you with other applications such as: press control software (Minster, Link, SmartPac and Bihler VC1 controls), Inspection software (LK DMIS/PC DMIS) and many Microsoft Products. We can assist your team with anything from creating documents, to optimizing press control programming, and tuning press settings.
